Here's how it works

You have 14 days from when your package arrives to start a return. For a full refund, simply send the items back to our address in Bangkok, Thailand. To be eligible, items must be new, unwashed, unworn, and with all the original tags still attached. Please contact us here first to notify us of your return and receive our official return address. Your return package must be postmarked within 7 days of you notifying us.

On final sale items

To keep our everyday prices cozy, we can't accept returns on a few select items. This includes all underwear, bras, eye masks, and embroidered pieces for hygiene and personalization reasons, along with any item marked "Final Sale" or purchased during a sale. Gift boxes themselves are also non-returnable.

A note on shipping

As a small team based in Bangkok, we are unable to arrange or prepay for return shipping. Customers are responsible for selecting their own carrier and covering all costs associated with returning the package to us in Thailand. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

Receiving your refund

Once your return is received and approved at our Bangkok office, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We'll send you an email confirmation as soon as it's on its way!
